Before day one, we build your Silent Sunrise schedule together, your protected morning window, one full hour a day (some sessions shorter, a few longer, you'll always know in advance). This setup matters, it's the first real commitment, and it's already shaping how deep the work goes.

Then 28 consecutive days, each with a guided meditation and a pen-to-paper writing prompt.
